Title: Several key technologies of servo systems with high speed and high accuracy
Abstract:
High speed and high accuracy are the seeking objectives of servo systems, but there are always contradictions between these two objectives. How to decrease the tracking error as much as possible when the servo system has a high speed is always a difficult question for many years. And this question is still open now. In this talk, I will discuss several keytechnologies of servo system with high speed and high accuracy. Firstly, the reason of producing tracking error in servo systems and its compensation approaches is studied. Secondly, the simplified model of the process in position loop in servo systems is investigated. Thirdly, the optimal design of the motion profile with a high order is studied. Fourthly, the restrain, the compensation and the numerical simulation of resonances model in servo systems. Finally, the new robust tracking controllers with delay compensation of servo systems are proposed.
