Mr. RadheyShyam is working in the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India since 2016. Primarily, he is contributingin the National Solar Mission of 100 GW by 2022 and assisted in the linked Solar Park Scheme, Defence Scheme, Manufacturing and Monitoring of Solar Projects across the country.

Mr. RadheyShyam was awarded his B.Tech and M.Tech Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rajasthan Technical University Kota. In addition to publishing more than 30 research papers at National & International Conferences/Journals, he is the co-author of 2 books and has been serving as an editorial board member of reputed 6 Journals. He has seven patents in Electric Vehicles, Storage, Hybrid& Solar Applications that has already been registered & published in the Official Journal of the Patent Office, Intellectual Property of India, Ministry of Commerce & Industry, (Government of India) as well as World Intellectual Property Organization, Switzerland.

Further, he is actively engaged with the number of technical institutions of IEEE, IET, CIGRE, UACEE, Institution of Engineers, Solar Energy Society of India (SESI), International Association of Engineers (IAENG) & Centre for Policy Research.  His major area of research is Renewable Energy, Grid Integration, Power System, Electrical Design, Solar Parks and Policy issues.
